John Kevin Crowley
Attorney John K. Crowley has over 29 years of experience in successfully pursuing claims for the victims of serious personal injury in Santa Cruz and Santa Clara County, and throughout California. His principal areas of practice are serious personal injury, death cases, medical malpractice, and general civil litigation.  

Mr. Crowley is a native of San Jose, California and a graduate of Bellermine Prep, Santa Clara University, and Lincoln Law School.

Brad Brereton
Attorney Brad Brereton has represented clients for over 25 years on business issues, and on cases involving business disputes, real property disputes, and personal injury.  He advises clients on business entities and asset protection.  He is a supervising attorney on personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases.  He also regularly represents clients in litigation involving business, property,  personal injury and insurance claims.  

Mr. Brereton is a resident of the City of Santa Cruz and represents clients from both his Santa Cruz and Silicon Valley Offices. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of California and Hastings College of Law.

Jesse Turner
Attorney Jesse Turner is an associate attorney who was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007.  Before being admitted to the State Bar, Mr. Turner spent almost two years experience in working as a law clerk on personal injury claims arising from automobile accidents, slip and fall, tripping hazards, and accidental injury.

Mr. Turner graduated from Thomas Jefferson Law School in San Diego in 2004.
