John Kevin Crowley
Attorney John K. Crowley has over 29 years of experience in successfully pursuing claims for the victims of serious personal injury in Santa Cruz and Santa Clara County, and throughout California. His principal areas of practice are serious personal injury, death cases, medical malpractice, and general civil litigation.
Mr. Crowley is a native of San Jose, California and a graduate of Bellermine Prep, and Santa Clara University.
Brad Brereton
Attorney Brad Brereton has represented clients for over 25 years on business issues, and on cases involving business disputes, real property disputes, and personal injury. He advises clients on business entities and asset protection. He is a supervising attorney on personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. He also regularly represents clients in litigation involving business, property, personal injury and insurance claims.
Mr. Brereton is a resident of the City of Santa Cruz and represents clients from both his Santa Cruz and Silicon Valley Offices. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
Paul Peterson
Attorney Paul Peterson is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, in 2003. Paul graduated cum laude from University of California Hastings College of the Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2008. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2009, and is also licensed to practice in U.S District Court for the Northern District of California.
Paul has worked on a variety of personal injury cases including serious injuries, car accidents, slip-and-falls, and medical malpractice. He has also represented consumers in civil litigation cases involving mortgage fraud and contract disputes. Paul lives in the city of Santa Cruz.
Nicholas S. Lee
Nicholas S. Lee attended the University of Oklahoma where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Nicholas studied law at both Oxford University, where he received a European Union Law Certificate, and at the University of Oklahoma School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. Nicholas was also a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society, Gamma Beta Phi Honors Society, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Nicholas is passionately committed to helping his clients through difficult situations by finding the most beneficial and cost-effective means possible. Whether the solution is litigation, mediation or negotiation, Nicholas puts his clients’ needs first.
Nicholas S. Lee was admitted to the California State Bar in 2010, and is also licensed to practice in Oklahoma and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. His experience at Crowley and Brereton includes participation in numerous personal injury claims including serious injury and death cases. He has also worked on automobile injury claims, skateboard injury claims, bicycle vs. auto collisions, assaults cases, horse-riding injuries, and trip-and-fall cases.
