We are admitted to practice before all the courts of the state of California, and we are admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California.

TCB has handled appeals and writ proceedings in the California Courts of Appeal, the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit, and the California Supreme Court.

TCB practices in all courts of the San Francisco Bay Area, with a principal focus on the Santa Clara, Alameda, San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito County Superior Courts. The firm also represents clients in the central valley counties of San Joaquin and Merced.
